Ingredients

Servings: 100
  • 12 sheets white gelatine
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Whiskey
  • 250 ml Coke
  • 200 ml Whiskey

Directions

    Cover 12 sheets of white gelatine completely with cold water and soak for 5-10 minutes. Squeeze out the gelatine, place in a small pot and dissolve over low heat while stirring (do not boil!).

    Stir about 5 tablespoons of whiskey into the gelatine. Remove from the stove. Stir in 250 ml cola and 200 ml whiskey. Spread the liquid evenly into a 96 minidiamant ice cube mould (silicone) or into several silicone ice cube moulds of your choice.

    Chill for 1-2 hours until the shots start to gel (set). Remove carefully with the tip of a knife. Have fun!.
