Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Sherry cream
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 4 Apricot halves from the tin
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few leaves of peppermint

Directions

    Sherry (a small bottle is included in the package) and 150 ml water in a bowl. Add the dessert powder all at once and mix with the whisk of the hand mixer.

    Then beat the liquid for approx. 2 minutes at the highest setting until foamy. Whip cream until stiff. Fold 2/3 of the cream into the cream. Pour the dessert into 4 glasses and chill for about 30 minutes. Pour the rest of the cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and squirt dabs onto the desserts.

    Put the apricots on a sieve, drain and cut 4 halves fan-like. Decorate desserts with apricot fans and peppermint leaves.
