Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g Turkey Breast
  • 1 red and yellow peppers (approx. 200 g each)
  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 100 ml clear chicken stock (instant)
  • 400 g thick frozen French fries
  • 400 g small tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sherry Vinegar
  • 250 ml Chili Ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

  1. 1

Wash and clean the peppers and cut them into large pieces. Peel onions, except one for the tomato salad, quarter them and remove individual layers. Wash the turkey breast, dab dry and cut into large cubes.

  2. 2

Put the meat, peppers and onions alternately on skewers. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the skewers on all sides. Add remaining onions and paprika, sweat briefly and deglaze with chicken soup.

  3. 3

Place skewers on the vegetables and steam for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the French fries for 5-6 minutes, turning them until golden brown. Season with salt.

  4. 4

In the meantime wash, clean and quarter the tomatoes. Season vinegar with salt and pepper. Beat the remaining oil into the vinegar. Dice the remaining onion finely and sprinkle on the tomatoes. Marinate the tomatoes with the vinaigrette.

  5. 5

Take out skewers, stir ketchup into the cooking stock, season with salt and pepper. Arrange skewers with sauce and home fries on plates. Serve tomato salad separately.
