Shashlik skewer on salad with balsamic cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Picking salad
  • 200 g Cucumber
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 4 small onions
  • 500 g Pork cutlet in one piece
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Balsamic cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries
  • 4 wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash and clean the salad and drain well. Cucumber wash, clean and cut into thin slices. Pluck the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Wash parsley and dab dry, pluck leaves.

    Onions peel and quarter. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes. Put meat cubes and onions alternately with some parsley leaves on 4 skewers. Season with salt and pepper.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the pan from the heat, remove the skewers and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of balsamic cream. Mix frying fat with 3 tablespoons of water.

    Stir in 4 tablespoons of balsamic cream. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange lettuce, cucumber and parsley on 4 plates, drizzle with the sauce. Arrange skewers on top. Sprinkle with pink berries.
