Sharp mince pan with limes and sprouts

Ingredients

  • 200 g Basmati rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g Mung bean seedlings
  • 1 big onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Limes
  • 1 collar Coriander
  • 7-10 Tbsp or flat parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 600 g minced beef
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sambal Oelek
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook rice in salt water according to package instructions. Select the sprouts, wash and drain well. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Wash organic lime hot, grate dry and cut into pieces.

    Squeeze the remaining limes. Wash the coriander, shake dry and pluck off the leaves.

    Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Fry the minced meat for about 10 minutes until crumbly. After about 5 minutes add onion and garlic.

    and fry them. Pour on lime juice (see illustration). Season with Sambal Oelek and soy sauce. Add the sprouts and lime pieces and fry for approx. 2 minutes. Fold in the coriander. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Serve with rice. Cut off the lime zest while eating.
