Sesame chicken with kohlrabi

Ingredients

  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) small kohlrabi
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Sesame
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Breadcrumbs
  • 100 g Chicken filet
  • 8 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil or parsley

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook covered for about 20 minutes. Peel, wash and cut the kohlrabi into slices. Covered and steam in approx. 100 ml boiling salted water for approx. 10 minutes

    Mix sesame and breadcrumbs. Wash the meat and pat dry. Brush with 1 tablespoon of milk, season with salt and pepper. Turn in the sesame mixture, press lightly. Quench and peel potatoes

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat for 5-6 minutes on each side. Fry the potatoes for about 4 minutes and season

    Pour 7 tablespoons of milk into the kohlrabi, bring to the boil and thicken. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash and pluck the chervil. Arrange everything and garnish with chervil
