Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Remove and let cool off. Cream butter with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in sesame seeds, honey, salt and cayenne pepper. Season to taste once again
Form butter mixture on a piece of sandwich paper into a roll (approx. 25 cm long). Roll up the butter with the paper and form it again with your hands. Keep cold for at least 1 hour
