Semolina slices on berry jelly (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 1 egg (size S)
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 1/4 TEASPOON grated untreated lemon peel
  • 30 g Semolina
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 100 ml Fruit juice drink "Black Currant
  • 1/2 package (150 g) deep-frozen multicoloured berry plate
  • 7-10 Tbsp vegetable binder
  • 1 TEASPOON Butter or margarine
  • 3 g Diabetic sweetness
  • 1 knife tip Cinnamon

Directions

    Separate the egg. Whisk egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of milk. Beat egg white until stiff. Boil up the rest of the milk with lemon peel. Stir in semolina. Remove from the heat and let it swell for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with sweetener. Stir in egg yolk, fold in beaten egg white. Spread the mixture into a greased, flat form (approx. 10x10 cm). Let it cool down

    Let the fruit juice drink with berries boil up once. Thicken with binding agent and season with sweetener. Turn over semolina and cut into 4 squares. Fry in hot fat on both sides until golden brown. Serve with the groats. Mix diabetic sweetener and cinnamon, dust the slices with it
