Couscous with chicken strips, green asparagus, feta and parsley

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Couscous
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Chicken fillets (approx. 125 g each)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g Thai asparagus
  • 5 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper

Directions

    Pour 250 ml of boiling salted water over the couscous. Leave to swell for at least 10 minutes in a closed pot

    Rinse meat, dab dry and cut into small slices. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the meat for 5-6 minutes on both sides until crispy. Season with salt and pepper

    Wash and clean the asparagus and cook for about 2 minutes in plenty of boiling salted water. Wash parsley, shake dry and pluck leaves from the stems, chop finely. Crumble cheese

    Loosen the couscous with a fork. Stir in 4 tablespoons of oil. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with coarse pepper
