Semolina pudding with advocaat

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 25 g chopped almonds
  • 1 TABLESPOON flaked almonds
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 (25 g) go. tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 50 g Semolina
  • 1/8 l Egg liqueur
  • 1 (125 ml) bottle of cherry or raspberry sauce

Directions

    Roast chopped and flaked almonds separately in a pan without fat until golden brown. Take out and let cool down

    Bring the milk, lemon zest and chopped almonds to the boil. Stir in sugar, vanillin sugar and semolina. Then let the semolina swell for 4-5 minutes while stirring constantly. Remove the pudding from the heat and stir in the advocaat

    Pour into dessert glasses and allow to cool. Just before serving, pour the cherry sauce over it. Sprinkle with the flaked almonds
