  • 4 Branches of rosemary
  • 2 stem(s) Sage
  • 10 Stem(s) Thyme and marjoram
  • 4 Sea bass (approx. 400 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Lemon

    Wash herbs, shake dry, pluck leaves or needles from the stems or twigs and chop them. Clean and wash the fish and season inside and out with salt, pepper and herbs. Place the fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cook in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes. Wash the lemon, grate dry and cut into slices. Arrange the finished fish with lemon
