Ingredients

  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • several sheets Iceberg lettuce
  • 6-8 black olives
  • 1 l oil for frying
  • 1 package (250 g) Frozen squid rings (Calamares)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon z. Garnish

Directions

    Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the parsley and chop it too, except for something to garnish. Mix mayonnaise with yoghurt, garlic and parsley until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into the mixture. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel onion and cut into rings. Clean, wash and cut the lettuce into strips. Mix marinade, salad ingredients and olives

    Heat the oil in a high pot. Fry the calamari in it in portions for about 3 minutes. Drain well on kitchen paper. Arrange on a plate. Garnish with lemon and the rest of the parsley. Serve with salad and dip extra. Served with: Flatbread
