Wash the tomatoes, grate them dry and cut them into slices. Peel onion, cut into rings. Clean, wash and drain the lettuce well. Cut the escalope into strips
For the dressing, mix yoghurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Prepare the pita bread (approx. 13 cm Ø) according to the instructions on the packet and fill it alternately with Lollo Bionda, radicchio, tomatoes, onion and schnitzel. Sprinkle with salad dressing
