Schnitzel \"Hawaii\" with pineapple, ham and gouda

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 thick slice (about 150 g) of cooked ham
  • 1/2 (approx. 500 g) Pineapple
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 5 discs Gouda cheese (approx. 30 g each)
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 8 Pork cutlet (approx. 80 g each)

Directions

    Dice the ham. Peel pineapple, remove woody stalk. Cut pineapple into cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the ham for about 5 minutes, turning it over. Add the pineapple about 2 minutes before the end and fry. Take out and let cool down

    Cut the cheese into strips. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Mix cheese, ham, pineapple and chives. Season to taste with salt, pepper and vinegar.

    Dab meat dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the meat for about 6 minutes while turning. Arrange meat and salad on plates
