  • 2 cleaned spring onions

  • 3-4 peeled shrimps
  • 7-10 Tbsp (about 80 g)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 Slices of lime
  • 3-4 black olives
  • 1 TABLESPOON grated parmesan-
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cheese
  • 1-2 Basil leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp to garnish
  • 2 discs (25 g each) Italian white bread
