Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 12 raw scampi (about 40 g each; without head, in shell)
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 4 Shallots
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice

Directions

    Scampi, except for the tail fin, peel and remove the intestines. Wash shrimps and pat dry. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop. Peel shallots and cut into fine rings. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the scampi for 3-4 minutes while turning. Add shallots and garlic and fry briefly. Add butter and parsley. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Delicious with baguette
