Ingredients

  • 2 small onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 can(s) (425 ml each) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 leaves (200 g) Savoy cabbage
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 6 Lasagne sheets
  • 100 g grated gouda cheese
  • 1 Tomato
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Peel onions and garlic. Dice the onions. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly, add the onions. Cut garlic into slices. Add chunky tomatoes and garlic to the minced meat, simmer gently for about 20 minutes on medium heat, season with salt and pepper.

    Place 3 lasagne plates on top. Layer half of the chopped tomato sauce and 4 savoy cabbage leaves. Cover with the remaining lasagne sheets. Layer the rest of the chopped tomato sauce and savoy cabbage leaves and spread with crème fraîche.

    Sprinkle with cheese. Clean and wash the tomato, cut into thin slices and spread on the lasagne. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes.

    Garnish with thyme.
