Savoury cream horns

Ingredients

  • 4 discs (à 75 g) deep-frozen puff pastry
  • 100 g Mini carrots
  • 1 Stalk leek (leek)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame Oil
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 TEASPOONS Chinese spice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 1 TEASPOON Milk
  • 1 TEASPOON hulled sesame seed
  • 1 TEASPOON black sesame seed
  • 25 g Alfalfa sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Place the puff pastry slices next to each other and defrost. Meanwhile clean the carrots (leaving some of the greenery), peel them and possibly cut them in half lengthwise. Clean the leek, cut diagonally into rings and wash.

    Heat the oil. Fry the mince in it until crumbly. Add vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with Chinese spices and soy sauce. Roll out puff pastry slices lengthwise to 20 cm. Cut each slice lengthwise into 4 strips.

    Wrap 2 strips in a spiral around a greased and flour-polluted curled strips. Mix egg yolk and milk. Spread the dough with it and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put the curled strips on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Tuna fish to pieces. Mix the pasta, rocket, basil, tuna, capers and vinaigrette, leave to stand for about 5 minutes and serve

    Fill the Schillerlocken with minced vegetable mixture and sprinkle with alfalfa sprouts. Add the rest of the mixture. Chili-Asia sauce tastes good with it.
