Sausages on ratatouille

Ingredients

  • 150 g Courgette
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 10 g Butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cube "Clear soup with fine herbs"
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pack of Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 3 (approx. 100 g) Nuremberg bratwursts
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried herbs of Provence
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Clean and wash the zucchini and peppers. Peel the onion. Cut everything into small pieces. Melt the fat in a pot and fry the vegetables in it. Add 1/2 cup of water and the soup cube and simmer covered over low heat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile boil up 1/4 litre of water in a small pot, remove from heat and stir in the puree powder.

    Let it swell for 1 minute. Stir once more. Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the sausages in it all around for about 5 minutes. Season with herbs from Provence. Stir the tomato ketchup into the ratatouille, braise again briefly and season with salt if necessary. Serve the mashed potatoes, ratatouille and sausages garnished with parsley
