Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat oil in a pot and fry meat and onion. Add sauerkraut, bay leaf and juniper berries and fry. Deglaze with cider.
Halve the apricots. Peel apples, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Add both to the sauerkraut approx. 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time and cook with them. Season to taste with cayenne pepper and chilli powder
