Sandwich with sheep cheese cream, tomatoes, zucchini and olives

  • 50 g low-fat sheep's cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Crème balance (7,5 % fat)
  • 25 g paprika stuffed olives with
  • 2 (40 g each) fette quadrate di pane integrale
  • 2 discs Zucchini and tomatoes (approx. 5 g each)
  • 2 small stems marjoram to garnish
  • 2 Toothpicks

Directions

    Crumble the sheep's cheese and mix with cream balance. Coarsely chop the olives, except for 2, and add to the cream. Spread cream on 1 slice of bread and cover with zucchini and tomatoes. Place the remaining slice of bread on top and fix diagonally with two toothpicks. Cut the sandwich into two triangles with a sharp knife. Garnish the bread halves with 1 olive and 1 stalk of marjoram each
