Ingredients

  • 4-5 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 Branch rosemary
  • 150 g coarse sea salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON freeze-dried oregano

Directions

    Wash the herbs, shake dry and dab dry thoroughly. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems. Pluck rosemary needles from the twig and cut very finely. Mix salt and herbs well.
