We have found a delicious pizza dough alternative! In no time at all it is topped with fresh ingredients and put in the oven. Happy in 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 8 red cherry tomatoes
  • 8 yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) Artichoke Hearts
  • 4 black olives without stone
  • 4 green olives without stone
  • 1 Onion (approx. 80 g)
  • 20 g Baby leaf spinach
  • 1 pck (235 g each) Mini naan bread
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Ricotta cheese (25 % fat content)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • baking paper

Directions

    Clean, wash and quarter the tomatoes. Pour the artichokes into a sieve and drain well. Cut 4 artichokes into quarters. Use the rest for other purposes. Drain the olives. Cut black olives in half, green olives in thin slices. Peel and halve the onion and cut into fine strips. Spinach v

    Put the breads on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place one tablespoon of ricotta on each and spread evenly. Spread tomatoes, artichokes, olives and onions evenly on the breads.

    Sprinkle pizzas with coarse pepper and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 6-8 minutes. After approx. 4 minutes add the spinach to the pizzas and bake until done.

    Remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool down briefly and drizzle with olive oil.
