Salmon with zucchini vegetables

  • 800 g Salmon fillet
  • 2 Courgette
  • 1/2 Orange
  • 50 g crushed almonds
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

    Wash the fish, dab dry and cut into cubes. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Squeeze orange, mix juice with almonds and 5 tablespoons olive oil. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from stalks. Stir the leaves into the orange marinade

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the fish and zucchini in it in portions while turning for 5-6 minutes, remove. Place the whole fish and courgettes in the pan. Add orange marinade, bring to the boil briefly and season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Bread tastes good with it
