Wash the fish, dab dry and cut into cubes. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Squeeze orange, mix juice with almonds and 5 tablespoons olive oil. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from stalks. Stir the leaves into the orange marinade
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the fish and zucchini in it in portions while turning for 5-6 minutes, remove. Place the whole fish and courgettes in the pan.
