Salmon with bacon potato salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g Salmon fillet without skin
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 1/2 Head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 (500 g) Mug of bacon potato salad
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Remoulade

Directions

    Wash the salmon fillet, dab dry and remove any bones. Cut salmon fillet into 4 equal portions, season with salt. Turn salmon fillets in flour and lightly tap off excess flour. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes while turning. Finally dust with paprika powder

    Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into strips. Fold the lettuce strips into the bacon potato salad. Arrange salmon fillets, salad and tartar sauce on plates
