Salmon with avocado salsa

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Salmon fillet (without skin; fresh or frozen)
  • 1 potty Coriander
  • 1-2 Limes
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 7-10 Tbsp approx. 4 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce (e.g. chilli sauce for chicken)
  • 1 Onion (e.g. red)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Defrost the salmon fillet if necessary. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the coriander, shake dry and chop coarsely. Squeeze the limes. Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove the core. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into small cubes.

    Mix with 4 tablespoons lime juice, onion and coriander. Season to taste with salt, pepper and 1 tsp. sugar.

    Rinse salmon fillet, dab dry, cut into 4 slices and season lightly with salt. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the salmon fillet for 2-3 minutes on each side. After turning, brush the fish with chilli sauce and finish frying.

    Serve with avocado salsa.
