Salmon steak in a bed of leeks

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 yellow capsicum
  • 2 Leek sticks without "green" (leek)
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 pieces of salmon fillet (approx. 125 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 100 g ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Halve the peppers, wash, clean and cut into small cubes. Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Peel and finely dice onion. Wash the fish and dab dry. Season with salt and pepper

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the diced peppers and onions for about 2 minutes, then add the leek. Stir in cream and season with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Let the vegetables simmer for about 4 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in another pan. Fry the fish at medium heat while turning for about 5 minutes

    Season vegetables with a little paprika powder. Arrange salmon and vegetables on plates and sprinkle with some paprika powder
