Halve the peppers, wash, clean and cut into small cubes. Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Peel and finely dice onion. Wash the fish and dab dry. Season with salt and pepper

Let the vegetables simmer for about 4 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in another pan. Fry the fish at medium heat while turning for about 5 minutes
Season vegetables with a little paprika powder. Arrange salmon and vegetables on plates and sprinkle with some paprika powder
