Wash 1 cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Dice cucumber finely. Dice 150 g shrimps and 300 g smoked salmon in slices just as small. Wash 1 bunch of dill, shake dry and cut finely.
Mix 400 g double cream cheese, 3 tablespoons liquid honey, 3 tablespoons mustard and dill, season with pepper. Fold in prepared ingredients. Pour into six to eight glasses, chill until serving.
