Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Z
  • 1 package (450 g) frozen potato rösti
  • 8 discs (approx. 300 g) smoked salmon
  • 50 g Cream horseradish (from the jar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon slices and dill

Directions

    Spread the frozen Rösti on the baking tray. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Turn after 10 minutes. Then cover with salmon.

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish to each. Garnish with a slice of lemon and dill.
