Salad with prawns

Ingredients

  • 8 grandes queues de crevettes non décortiquées (environ 250 g)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 Lollo bianco salad
  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 100 g Salad cream, 43 % fat
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS inlaid, green
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of Worcester sauce
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Peel the prawns, leaving the tail end piece standing. Remove the intestines. Rinse shrimps cold, dab dry and fry in hot oil on both sides for 2-4 minutes. Peel the garlic, press through the garlic press and add to the prawns and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

    Clean, wash and drain the salad. Pluck into bite-sized pieces. Rinse strawberries cold, drain well and unscrew the stalk ends. Cut strawberries into slices. Mix salad cream, cream and milk. Add peppercorns. Season with Worcester sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix salad and strawberries. Arrange with two prawns on portion plates.
