Ingredients

  • 1 kg Blueberries
  • 1 kg Gelling sugar (1:1)
  • 1 coated Tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of clove powder

Directions

    Select the blueberries, wash and drain well. Coarsely chop half of the berries with the cutting stick of the hand mixer or crush them with a fork. Mix the berries, puree and jam sugar, cover and leave to stand overnight. The next day add cinnamon and clove powder. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and let it boil for 4 minutes until it is bubbling. Pour the jam while still hot into clean glasses, close them immediately. makes 5 glasses
