Salad (Swiss cheese fondue)

Ingredients

  • 1 small oak leaf salad
  • 1/2 Head frisée salad
  • 1/2 (250 g) Cucumber
  • 120 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Walnut kernels
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 TEASPOONS Grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1 TEASPOON liquid honey
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and spin-dry salads and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash cucumber, dab dry and cut into thin slices. Wash tomatoes, rub dry, cut through once.

    Chop the walnut kernels. For the salad dressing, mix vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and honey, add oil and season to taste. Mix all the salad ingredients in the sauce just before serving and serve.
