Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 Cucumber (approx. 200 g)
  • 2-3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1/2 Head lettuce (e.g. romaine lettuce)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Red wine or balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 4 Stem(s) fresh basil
  • 2-3 discs Bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon

Directions

    Clean and wash the cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce. Cut cucumber and tomatoes into slices. Cut lettuce into strips, except for a few small leaves for serving

    Mix lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil. Wash the basil and chop finely, except for a few leaves for garnishing. Stir in. Arrange the whole lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes. Drizzle marinade over it

    Fry the bacon until very crisp, break into pieces and sprinkle over the salad. Garnish with remaining basil leaves and lemon
