Ingredients

  • 2 Oranges
  • 3 Figs (about 40 g each)
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel and juice of 1 untreated orange
  • 1 package Cream stabiliser
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange peel

Directions

    Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets from the parting skins with a knife. Wash figs, dab dry, clean and cut into cubes. Mix the fruits. For the cream, mix quark, sour cream, sugar, orange peel and orange juice.

    Mix cream setting with vanillin sugar. Whip the cream until stiff, allowing the cream firmer to trickle in. Fold the cream into the sour cream. Distribute the fruits in small bowls, except for something to decorate. Pour the cream on top, decorate with fruit and orange peel
