  • 2 piece(s) Strawberry Leaves
  • 2 piece(s) Raspberry Leaves
  • 2 Stalk Gundermann
  • 2 Stem Yarrow
  • 2 Stem woodruff
  • 1 Stem of lemon balm
  • 1 Stem peppermint
  • 1 handful Nettles
  • 1 handful Dandelion leaves
  • 1 TEASPOON Barley grass powder
  • 1 Apples
  • 150 ml Water

Directions

    Wash and, if necessary, clean the herbs Dry slightly Remove seeds from apple and cut into pieces

    Add herbs, apple, barley grass powder, water to the blender jug Select "Green Smoothie" program

    Pour the smoothie into a glass and drink it in one go if possible
