Ingredients

  • 1 Apples
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 half cucumber
  • 300 g leaf spinach
  • 5 Mint leaves

Directions

    Wash the spinach leaves and the mint leaves.

    Peel the cucumber and bananas and core the apple.

  3. 3

    Then cut the fruit into large pieces.

  4. 4

    Place all ingredients in the blender jug and puree to the desired consistency.

  5. 5

    If required, the smoothie can be refined with water and sweetened with honey.
