Ingredients

  • 1 kg Watermelon, red
  • 1 piece(s) Lime
  • 6 piece(s) Mint leaves
  • 4 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 4 handful Ice cube

Directions

    Squeeze the lime. Remove the seeds from the melon if necessary and cut into pieces. Wash the mint leaves.

    Put melon pieces, lime juice, mint and the sugar in a blender and puree finely.

    Fill 4 glasses each with a handful of ice cubes. Pour in the melon smoothie. Decorate according to taste with mint leaves and slices of lime.
