Ingredients

  • 100 g Pineapple
  • 50 g Blueberries (Blueberries)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Goji berries (dried)
  • 1 Nectarine
  • 1 Apples
  • 150 ml Buttermilk
  • 150 ml Water
  • 1 TABLESPOON Grenadine syrup
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Chia-Gel

Directions

    Put the pineapple pieces and blueberries in the blender. Wash nectarine and apple, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Place in the blender with the remaining ingredients.

    Puree with the smoothie program and fill into glasses - serve.

    For Chia-Gel, put 15g of Chia seeds in 125ml of water and let it swell for 15 minutes. Gel that is not used up immediately can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
