  • 50 g Hazelnuts
  • 50 g Cashew nuts
  • 50 g Almonds
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Hazelnut syrup
  • 1 teaspoon, gestr. Cocoa powder (baking cocoa, real cocoa)
  • 200 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 Banana, peeled

Directions

    Grind the nuts finely in the blender using the "Hard Ingredients" program. Take out the largest part.

    Cut the banana into pieces and put them in the blender. Put the nuts back into the blender again. Mix with cocoa, buttermilk and hazelnut syrup in the smoothie program.

    Tip: the smoothie becomes very creamy, if you take only 100ml buttermilk or even cream, you have a wonderful dessert. With Amaretto and 1 teaspoon cane sugar you can create an alcoholic variation. If you want the smoothie to be more liquid and lighter, add two or three ice cubes while mashing.
