Ingredients

  • 1 Banana or apple
  • 2 tablespoons, heaped Cranberries from the glass
  • 150 ml Milk

Directions

    Peel the banana and cut it into pieces, put it into the blender jug with the cranberries and the milk.

    Puree with the smoothie program.

    This smoothie is sweeter than many others, although the acidity of the cranberries is quite tasty. If you don't want it to be quite as sweet, take a peeled, seeded and diced apple instead of the banana.
