Russell Hobbs - Beetroot plus banana

Ingredients

  • 1 small beetroot
  • 1 splash Lemon
  • 1 part/s Banana
  • 1 glass Mangon nectar
  • 1 cup Ice cube
  • 150 ml Orange nectar
  • 1 can(s) Tomants

Directions

    Cut the red berry and open the can of tomatoes

    Cut banana into small pieces

  3. 3

    Split a lemon and squeeze it into the container

  4. 4

    Put all ingredients in the blender including the ice cubes

  5. 5

    Place the Russel Hoobs on a smoothie and let them shrink for about 3 minutes

  6. 6

    Leave to stand for 5 minutes, add a little sugar or cinnamon to taste.
