Spread the rusks on 4 plates, sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir the soured milk and pour over. Let stand for at least 1/2 hour. In the meantime wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Sprinkle with 2-4 tablespoons of sugar. Dust the soaked rusks thickly with cocoa. Serve with the strawberries
