Rucola quark with cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp a fistful of arugula
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Buttermilk or sparkling mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 1 disc (50 g) farmhouse bread

Directions

    Wash and halve or quarter the tomatoes. Clean, wash and shake the arugula dry. Pluck a little smaller if necessary

    Mix curd and buttermilk. Season with salt, pepper and mustard. Fold in the rocket salad. Season tomatoes with salt and pepper, add bread and rucola quark
