  • 1 pack of (300 g, 8 pieces) frozen Rösti-Taler
  • 4 discs smoked salmon
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 100 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon wedges

    Place the Rösti Taler undefrosted on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for 12-15 minutes. Halve the salmon slices. Wash the dill, dab dry and chop. Mix crème fraîche and dill. Place one salmon slice on each Rösti, add dill cream. Add lemon slices
