Tuna Sashimi with Avocado

Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 2 heaped Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 TABLESPOON Orange juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of dark sesame oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Wasabipaste (Asialaden)
  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 15 g) Ginger
  • 500 g Tuna in the piece (sushi quality)
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat. Remove.

    Mix mayonnaise, ##orange juice##, soy sauce, sesame oil and ##wasabi##. ##Peel ginger, grate finely and stir in.

    Wash the tuna, dab dry and cut into very small cubes. Halve, stone and peel the avocados. Dice the flesh just as small. Add salt and pepper to both

    Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Arrange tuna on Asian porcelain spoons or small plates. Sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds.
