Wash the arugula, dab dry and clean. Peel garlic and chop roughly. Finely mash 1 bunch of rocket with garlic and milk. Chop the remaining rocket coarsely, except for a few leaves for garnishing
Mix cream cheese and sour cream with the rocket puree. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix in about 3/4 of the chopped rocket and sprinkle with the remaining rocket. Garnish with rocket leaves
