Ingredients

  • 400 g Courgette
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/8 l Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Thyme

Directions

    Clean the zucchini and cut into thick sticks. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil. Fry the zucchini and garlic for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

    Wash the thyme, remove the leaves. Mix with the zucchini and remaining oil.
