Wash the asparagus, cut off the woody ends. Cut the asparagus into pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the sage and, except for something to garnish, pluck it from the stems. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water for about 1 minute, drain and drain. Roast sesame seeds in a pot. Add butter and brown in it.
