Roasted asparagus with noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (200 g) Nouilles japonaises à la farine de blé
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g green asparagus
  • 500 g white asparagus
  • 300 g Chicken filet
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Coriander seeds
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 100 ml Asian sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh cilantro

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes, then drain. Wash the asparagus, cut off the woody ends briefly. Peel the white asparagus. Cut asparagus into bite-sized pieces and cook in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Wash the chicken filet, dab dry and cut into strips.

    Heat sesame oil in a large pan. Fry the noodles in it until crispy, push aside. Fry the fillet strips and asparagus for about 3 minutes at high heat. Season with salt, crushed coriander seeds and soy sauce. Add the Asian sauce and serve garnished with fresh coriander green
