Roast the almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Remove from the pan. Wash apples thoroughly, grate them dry and core them with an apple corer. Then cut the apples into slices.
Melt the fat in the pan, fry the apple slices on both sides for 1-2 minutes. Add almonds. Drizzle honey over them and dust with cinnamon. Whip cream until stiff and arrange on dessert plates with some apple slices and almonds
